Account Settings and Billing

Open My Account from the bottom sidebar or user menu to manage your subscription, profile, security, appearance, and account deletion.

Settings Tabs

• Subscription — Manage your plan and billing through Stripe.
• Profile — Update account profile information.
• Security — Change your password.
• Customize — Appearance settings.
• Danger zone — Delete your account. This action is permanent.

Billing and Plans

• Free gives access to core discovery and ratings surfaces with limits/previews on advanced tools.
• Pro unlocks Hot Picks, Analytics, Compare, richer profiles, unlimited follows, exports, Best Bets, and related advanced surfaces.

Payments

Subscription checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe. If a payment fails, WagerWatchdog may show a banner with instructions to update your billing information.

Support and Help

Use Report an Issue in the sidebar for support and Help Docs for the public help center. The app also includes a guided Take the Tour action.
