Bettor Profiles

Every handicapper tracked by WagerWatchdog has a detailed profile page. This is where you can do deep analysis on an individual bettor's track record.

Browsing Profiles

Go to Bettor Profiles in the sidebar to browse all handicappers. Profiles are displayed as cards in a grid layout, each showing:

  • Avatar and name with an optional πŸ”₯ HOT badge for handicappers on a hot streak (win rate above 70%).

  • Source badges β€” The Discord server name and platform type (Discord, Twitter, Telegram).

  • Total Picks and Win Rate β€” Key performance metrics.

  • Top Sport β€” Their best sport with their ranking for that sport.

  • Follow/Unfollow button β€” Follow a handicapper to see their picks in your My Feed dashboard.

Use the search bar to find bettors by name or source. You can also filter by source β€” click a source badge on any card to see all bettors from that server.

Finding a Profile

There are several ways to get to an individual bettor's profile:

  • Click their name or card on the Bettor Profiles page.

  • Click their name on any leaderboard or ratings page.

  • Click a bettor's name in the Open Picks or Hot Picks views.

What's on a Profile

A bettor profile page typically includes:

Summary Stats

  • Total Picks β€” How many picks have been scored.

  • Win / Loss / Push β€” Overall record.

  • Win Percentage β€” Overall success rate.

  • Source β€” Which Discord server or Twitter account they post in.

Top Sports and Categories

A breakdown of performance by sport, showing their best sports and top pick categories. This helps you understand whether someone is strong across the board or specializes in one sport.

Following Handicappers

Click the follow button on any bettor card or profile to add them to your feed. Followed handicappers' picks and performance appear in your My Feed dashboard. You can unfollow from the same button.

Using Profiles to Make Decisions

Here are some tips for evaluating a handicapper:

  • Look at sample size. A 90% win rate on 10 picks is very different from 60% on 500 picks.

  • Check sport-specific records. Someone might be excellent at NBA but mediocre at NFL.

  • Review recent trends. Use the time frame filter to see if they're currently on a hot or cold streak.

  • Look at pick types. Do they specialize in player props, team totals, or a mix?
